Frequently Asked Question(s)

Q: Why did you create this site?

A: We are, like most of you, football fanatics. We love everything about football. News, rumors, goals, etc. Though when sillyseason came around we had trouble reading and keeping up with 10 different papers to get all the news. So we created this page, to make it simple for you to be updated on your teams!

Q: Do you write all these articles and stories?

A: We gather our information from outside sources, and then convert them into our own stories thanks to our dedicated and passionate writing team.

Q: What is your writing team?

A: We have a great bunch of writers helping provide the site with the latest news. The writers have a close working relationship with each other and love providing all out fans with the best football related news.

Q: Where can I follow you on social media?

A: We have a Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/SillySeasonFootball/ and also a Twitter account (https://twitter.com/sillyseason)

A: You can edit which papers you want, or DON’T want, news from in the “settings”-section on the site. You have to become a member of the site to be able to make these changes.

Q: I really don’t want to read about news regarding AC Milan or Helsingborg IF. Could you take care of this?

Q: Why don’t you write any news about the Russian league?

A: We don’t have the capacity of covering all the leagues in the world at the same time. Sorry. Feel free to contact us if this is something you could help us covering!

Q: Why don’t you cover sports like baseball or hockey?

A: See previous answer.

Q: I think all your articles are bullshit and you always write things that aren’t true!

A: Well, first of all we use stories already out there and turn them into our own. And second of all, it’s called SILLY SEASON for a reason.
