According to reports Riyad Mahrez has apparently snubbed interest from Chelsea and Liverpool in favour of joining Arsenal

It’s said he’s keen to play under Arsene Wenger at the Emirates.

Mahrez has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal last summer before deciding to remain with Leicester and sign a new deal ahead of their journey back into the Champions League.

The newspaper report says the 26-year-old has decided to turn down the chance to play Champions League football with the champions in order to continue his career under the wing of Wenger in north London.

Reports claim that Mahrez has already informed Leicester owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha of his decision and Arsenal could get a deal agreed for as little as £26m this summer.
