Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has said that he has been in talks over strengthening the squad in the January transfer market
However, the Italian insists the final decision will be made by the club.
Alex Sandro, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Leon Bailey are just a number of players that have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent weeks and while Conte has hinted that a meeting has taken place in regards to recruitment, he insists the club holds all the cards.
“It is right to have a meeting with the club about the transfer market in January but, as you know very well, I am a coach,” he revealed during his press conference.
“For the transfer market it is the club, you have to ask the club.
“I can give my opinion, but the last decision is with the club.”
