According to the Evening Standard, Chelsea are hoping to seal a double January move
One that would see Monaco’s Thomas Lemar, who is rated at £35m and Everton’s Ross Barkley, rated at £20m, move to Stamford Bridge.
The Evening Standard claims Conte is ready to step up his interest in both Lemar and Barkley, who the Blues came close to signing in a £35m deal at the end of the summer before Ross pulled out, as a result.
Reports claim Chelsea haven’t been put off trying to sign the England international and they also believe that they can clinch a deal for the Frenchman if they offer Monaco around £35m
