Arsenal and Chelsea are both keen on Valencia forward Paco Alcacer, reports the Daily Express.
The highly rated 21 year old is very much in-demand from some of Europe’s top clubs, having scored for Spain on his full international debut, in Monday nights 2-1 win over Macedonia.
Alcacer also impressed in Valencia’s La Liga campaign last season, form which has convinced both Arsenal and Chelsea to start a bidding war with each other.
Valencia have put a ÂŁ14 million buy out clause on Alcacer, and are prepared to offer him a new deal to fend off any interest from elsewhere.
