Petr Cech looking for first team football

Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are now reportedly in a two-horse race to sign Chelsea shot-stopper Petr Cech.

Cech has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge all season after losing his number 1 spot to Thibaut Courtois.

Cech has been at Chelsea since 2004 and has racked up an impressive trophy cabinet but has fallen short this season which has led to speculation that he will leave.

Serious Interest

Arsenal have been favourites all season to be the club to land the Czech international but it has now emerged that PSG also have interest in the player.

Liverpool, AS Roma and Real Madrid were other clubs also said to be interested the 32 year old but Arsenal and PSG seem to be the front runners.

Arsenal Favourites?

The Mirror claims that Cech is keen on the Emirates because he is settled in London and there is no indication that is thinking of moving his family abroad.

PSG will try and pull out all the stops in a bid to lure him to Paris by matching his weekly wage
