The Gunners don’t plan on bringing any new players in during the winter transfer window

Arsenal aren’t currently on the lookout for new signings in January, according to reports.

Boss Arsene Wenger is believed to be quite happy with the current squad that he has at his disposal and feels there is no need to dip into the market to bring in any new senior team members.

The only area that remains a current concern for the Gunners is the left-back position but that won’t be addressed in the winter window either, with Wenger happy to wait until the end of the current season to bring in a new left-back recruit.

Injury Crisis

The only situation that would cause Arsenal to bring in any new players is if they suffered an injury crisis anytime this month.

The Gunners feel they aren’t too bad on the injury front and that they have enough options in most positions to warrant not bringing anybody in.

They have several options throughout the midfield if anybody was to suffer with an injury and the same applies for in defence and in attack too.

Several players who are currently out injured could also be set to come back at some point this month, adding to the idea that no new signings are required.
