The Gunners are preparing a large move for Lacazette and Fekir
Arsenal are preparing to make a £60m bid for both Alexandre Lacazette and Nabil Fekir.
They have both played superbly over the past few months for Lyon in Ligue 1 and the two players have attracted interest from several top European teams.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is very keen to do a deal for not just one of them, but both of them. He is keen on bolstering his attacking options and believes his squad would be boosted massively if he could seal a deal for the duo.
Steve Rowley has been sent to scout the two players
According to reports, Wenger has already sent the club’s chief scout – Steve Rowley – to make a final report on Lacazette and Fekir before the Gunners make a joint bid.
A bid of around £35-40m would be needed to tempt Lyon to part ways with Lacazette, while for Fekir, a bid would need to be about £20m.
Altogether that brings the total amount to £60m, meaning Arsenal could be spending a huge amount of money this summer to seal a deal for the two young Frenchmen.
