Arsene Wenger has confirmed that a player has to be special to join Arsenal and that the transfer window just started for him.
The Emirates Stadium side looks set to strengthen their squad massively according to Daily Telegraph as Arsenal is ready to bid for the Real Madrid duo Angel Di Maria and Mesut Özil.
Only one signing yet so far, Yaya Sanogo on a free transfer, is not enough as Arsenal fans starting to lose patience and signing players like Di Maria and Özil would be more than welcomed by the fans.
Mesut Özil was not happy after he was substituted in the 65th minute in their 0-1 win over Granada this weekend and stormed, disappointed, straight down the tunnel to the changing rooms and rumours started floating that he is eager to leave the club.
Di Maria, who was very impressive in the game against Granada is said to be moving to the Emirates this summer as Arsenals said bid of 30 million euros has been accepted but a transfer can only be made if Arsenal convince Di Maria to join the London club as he still wants to stay in Madrid.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the Los Blancos duo would cost £60m to bring in.
