Winger to pen a contract extension at Old Trafford
Manchester United winger Ashley Young has agreed a new deal with Manchester United, according to ESPN.
The 30-year-old, who is entering the final-year of his current contract at the Red Devils, is set to put pen to paper on a new £120,000-a week deal.
Young made 29 appearances for United last season, helping them return to the Champions League, after an hiatus of a solitary year.
Indeed, his career at United has been re-rejuvenated under Dutch manager Louis Van Gaal, with Young now hopeful of a permanent return to Roy Hodgson’s England side for the European Championships in France, next summer.
