Chelsea have reportedly agreed a fee
Augsburg left-back Baba Rahman’s would be completing a dream by moving to Chelsea, according to his agent.
The Ghanian defender has all but completed a move to Chelsea to replace the departed Filipe Luis.

The 21 year-old has also been monitored by Premier League rivals Manchester City, as well as Juventus.
Chelsea have money to spend on Rahman after cashing in £18m on Luis, a move which will likely be the Blues’ last of the window.
Sascha Empacher, Baba’s agent, revealed Chelsea had submitted a bid and said his client would love for the deal to go through.
Dream Move
“Chelsea made an attractive offer,” he told Kicker.
“It is Baba’s dream to play for a top club. He would like to take this opportunity.”
