Barton, who has only represented the England squad once, in 2007, once again says what he thinks.
“The England national team sucks nowadays”, to The Telegraph. “We don’t have any good players. Our players think they’re world class because they play with world class players in the BPL.”
Many people are criticising Barton, but for the sake of change a lot of people are also agreeing with Barton. English players have recieved some criticism for staying in the BPL and not moving to a club outside of Britain. A lot like Italian players in the Serie A, even though over there, it’s an ancient tradition.
