Blues Captain John Terry is likely to miss this weekend’s clash with Manchester United.
According to reports the 35-year-old has picked up another ankle injury in the space of only six weeks.
Terry started Chelsea’s first four Premier League games of the season after signing a new one-year deal this summer.
However, he has not featured under Antonio Conte since the clash with Swansea on September 11.
Terry’s injury will reportedly be assessed today.
But he is unlikely to be risked in a game this big that could prove pivotal in the title race – even at this early stage of the season.
