Anderson Talisca looks set for London as Chelsea seem favourites to sign the young Brazilian from Benfica.
Talisca is tipped to be an outstanding footballer and is already considered one of the most exciting young footballers in the world being called ‘the new Rivaldo’.
Anderson moved to Benfica in 2014 from Bahia for an estimated fee of 4milllion euros and has scored 8 goals in 10 matches for his new club.
According to reports Arsenal have been sending scouts to watch his games for months now but it now looks as though Chelsea may be the front runners with a deal worth £37million close.
