Emile Heskey is among a number of players who have been informed they will be released by Bolton Wanderers at the conclusion of their contracts later this summer.

Alongside the veteran former England international, senior professionals also departing the Macron Stadium following relegation to League One include Paul Rachubka, David Wheater, Neil Danns and Stephen Dobbie, who will all become free-agents when they officially leave on 30th June.

Liam Feeney, Robert Hall and Hayden White, who all ended the season away from Bolton on loan at Ipswich Town, MK Dons and Blackpool respectively, will also leave.

Academy graduates, Oscar Threlkeld and Niall Maher will also be released, while Tom Eaves, Jordan Lussey, Ross Fitzsimons, Quade Taylor, Harry Campbell, Jon Ceberio, Channing Campbell-Young, Jamie Thomas, Yvan Wassi and Chris Cvetko complete the list of those players who will be on their way out.

Arsenal loanee, Wellington Silva has returned to North London at the end of his season long-loan spell.

Meanwhile, defender Tyler Garratt, who impressed for the Trotters after coming into the squad in the final few weeks of the season, is set to remain at the club. The 19-year-old has received the offer of a professional contract.
