The Northern Irishman could be back in a job soon
Scottish Premier League champions Celtic are in talks with ex-Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers about becoming their manager for next season.
Rodgers has been out of the game since he was sacked by the Reds earlier this term and replaced by Jurgen Klopp.
However, the 43-year old could now return to football with the Glasgow-based club, after Ronny Deila announced he would step down from the role at the end of this campaign.
Sky Sports News HQ presenter Jim White announced the news via social media website Twitter when he tweeted: “#Celtic in talks with Brendan Rodgers regards vacant manager’s job.”
