Jake Clarke-Salter injured while on loan
Blues young star Jake Clarke-Salter has suffered a suspected broken arm plating in a game for Bristol Rovers.
Clarke-Salter is currently on loan at the League One club, was stetchered off during a 5-1 defeat against Charlton on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old defender was taken to hospital and is now expected to be out of action for some time.
He has made six league starts since joining Rovers on a season-long loan in August and has also featured for Chelsea’s development side this season.
