The mystery of César Azpilicueta’s left-hand cast is no longer a mystery!
César Azpilicueta and Pedro were the special guests on Chelsea TV and Cesar had a mysterious blue cast on his left hand.
The host made a quick reference to it, but any explanation was either cut out or not provided at all.
But now according to Goals’ Alberto Piñero and Nizaar Kinsella we now have the answer, it turns out Azpilicueta broke his 5th metacarpal against Swansea but won’t miss any action. That’s why he has a splint on his hand.
Azpi has been playing on just fine since the injury.
