Chelsea loanee set to be sent back

Lewis baker’s time at Middlesbrough is set to be coming to a crashing end. Toni Pulis is said to be unhappy with his commitment in training and is set to send him back to Chelsea.

The midfielder was signed on a season long loan but has not been playing regularly. He is said to be not happy with the chances he is getting and become increasingly frustrated.

Chelsea superstar fit to face Arsenal

Speaking to the media, Tony Pulis said,

“With Lewis, the decision is simple – he either stays or he goes. That’s the decision, and there’s no secret about it. He’ll either go back because he wants to play, or he gets his head down, stays here, and tries to get in the team here to play. If he can do that, then brilliant.”

Antonio Conte would have to made a quick decision about the midfielder. If he isn’t brought back and loaned by the end of the month, Conte will have a tough time fitting him into the team.

Baker’s time with the Youth team is over and he really needs to be playing regularly in the top flight.
