19-year-old has signed contract at Stamford Bridge
Chelsea have made their first signing ahead of the Summer transfer window as Nathan has put pen to paper at Stamford Bridge.
The midfielder has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea since April after he originally confirmed that he was set to join the Premier League champions, but a late bid from FC Porto looked to scupper the move.
However, Porto’s move was rejected leaving Nathan the chance to complete his move from Atletico Paranense.
Nathan Confirms Deal
Nathan posted images on his instagram account yesterday of him signing on the dotted line, and he has confirmed that the £4.5million deal has been completed.
‘A dream is coming true,’ the caption reads.
‘Thank you Chelsea for trusting in me, I will do my best to support my team on reaching new achievements.
‘We are all blue.’
Chelsea are expected to have a busy Summer despite their stroll to the Premier League crown this season.
