Antonio Conte is looking to bring in another winger to the club this month. According to reports, he has identified an ex-Chelsea winger and wants to bring him back to the Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are targetting Borussia Monchengladbach star, Thorgan Hazard. The younger brother of Eden Hazard spent three years at Stamford Bridge from 2012 to 2015, but failed to make a first-team appearance for Chelsea and was sent on loan to both Zulte Waregem and Monchengladbach.
He then completed a permanent move to Monchengladbach in 2015. So far he has made 69 appearances and scored 16 goals in the process.
When asked about recent transfer speculation [Thorgan] Hazard said: “If you play well in your club and help your team win, that makes one of course interesting for big clubs. At the moment, only Borussia counts for me. And that the club will qualify for Europe again.”
The Blues have put the Belgian international on top of their priority list and are ready to bring him back the club. It is believed that the 24-year-old will now cost Chelsea £38m but that has put off the interest from the Blues.
