It’s reported that striker Diego Costa is about to open talks with Chelsea, in a bid to return to the club and focus on his career at Stamford Bridge.
With Chelsea currently unable to get a deal with Atletico Madrid going, Costa is now faced with very few options as he looks to safeguard his football future, including his international career with the World Cup upcoming in 2018
Reports claim that Costa will announce publicly that he has discussed his future with the Blues and is set to return to action for Chelsea.
This report seems strange as Conte has already named Diego Costa in his 25 man squad, which has also been officially submitted to the Premier League.
Other reports claim that Diego Costa is looking to take legal action against Chelsea to force a move away.
At this stage the only thing that has been confirmed is the fact that Conte has officially put him on the books for this season.
