Antonio Conte is said to be eyeing up a £20million deal for Juventus winger Kwadwo Asamoah.

The Ghanaian international player is said to be a high priority signing for the Blues, and according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta hello Sport, Chelsea owner Abramovic is willing to spend around £20million in order to sign him.

The winger’s season has been plagued by injury this year, meaning he has been selected to play only 11 times over the whole campaign. Though this doesn’t deter the incoming Chelsea Boss Conte, who has full faith in the abilities of the 27-year-old.

Conte will be keen on a reunion with Asamoah, as he brought him from Udinese to Juventus back in 2012 for £18million.

Juventus look for replacement:

If Asamoah does indeed leave for Stamford Bridge, Juventus have a clear idea on who they want to replace the winger- in the form of Arsenal Star Alexis Sanchez.

Italian publication Corriere dello Sport have claimed that the Chile international is open to leaving the Gunners,  though Juventus can expect to face some fierce competition, as Bayern Munich and Manchester City are also said to be interested.

Juventus missed out on the opportunity to sign Sanchez from Udinese, before Barcelona beat them to a £23million switch for the player back in 2011.
