Chelsea to offer Oscar for Pogba

It is widely speculated that Chelsea will offer Brazilian play maker Oscar as part of a £70 million deal to sign Paul Pogba from Juventus.

Chelsea hope to use the Brazilian as bait to reel Juventus into cutting cords with Pogba- with Juve’s coach, Massimiliano Allegri, a keen admirer of the midfield maestro.

The 22-year-old Frenchman, Pogba, is also candy for a number of other European giants- with the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United and Paris St-Germain plotting a move for the Juventus star.

However, Allegri has previously spoken out about his keen interest in Chelsea’s Oscar– with the Blues willing to offload the talented player to compensate Pogba’s arrival.

Champions League Success

Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, seeks the acquisition of Pogba to lead Chelsea to new heights- Champions League glory.

Mourinho has previously won the competition with FC Porto and Inter Milan but has never conquered Europe with the Blues.

Pogba came narrowly close to leading Juventus to European stardom this year with the Italians thwarted by Barcelona in the final of this year’s competition, and the player will be keen to make up for the loss should he join the Stamford Bridge side.
