Chelsea told to double their bid for international star after having bid rejected

According to todays reports, Chelsea have been told to increase their bid by double the amount they offered for Leicester City’s Danny Drinkwater

I personally find this report strange as Leicester City’s manager made a statement regarding the Drinkwater to Chelsea rumours, you can read that here.

Despite that reports still say that the Blues made an offer but it was rejected but since then Leicester City has told Chelsea they need to double their £15m for the player.

Danny is reportedly open to a move to Stamford Bridge and Leicester have now valued the 27-year-old at £30m.

However, as mentioned above, Craig Shakespeare has made it clear about rumours, so it’s hard to tell where the British media is getting these reports from.

I call fake news.
