Jose Mourinho confirms he’ll see how Spaniard is
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Pedro, Radamel Falcao and Oscar could all be fit for tomorrow’s clash against Arsenal.
The Blues were expected to be without the trio due to injury and fitness issues, with both Pedro and Falcao reportedly injured and Oscar only just returning to first-team football.
However, in today’s press conference, Mourinho admitted that he will have to wait and see on the trio’s fitness before making a decision on their availability.
One confirmed absentee for Chelsea will be Willian, who has been officially ruled out by the manager.
Injury Update
“Willian is not even an option,” Mourinho said.
“Pedro, Falcao, Oscar, let’s see what happens. Let’s see.
“I select every player for the game because we have doubts”
Injury news for Arsenal is a bit more positive with everyone fit, apart from the long-term absentees Danny Welbeck and Jack Wilshere.
It’s expected Per Mertesacker could make his return after missing the last three games through illness.
