But it’s a player on the way out…

Chelsea are ‘very close’ to finalising Juan Cuadrado’s move away to Juventus.

The winger is currently on loan with the Italian side after failing to make an impression at Stamford Bridge.

According to Italian media, Juventus want to make the loan spell a permanent move.

Calciomercato say the deal is close but Juventus and Chelsea need to agree on bonuses to be involved in the contract.

Cuadrado reportedly earns just ÂŁ49,000-per-week and Juve will need to give him a pay rise to stay in Italy.

Antonio Conte is expected to spend in the summer, but is also expected to ship some players out of the club. And Cuadrado could be his first exit at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
