The Blues are ready to subsidise his current wages so they can move him on and add a new midfielder to the squad.
The 29-year-old has started only one Premier League game so far this season and that last only 55 minutes before he sustained a thigh injury which ended his game.
Conte has since switched to a 3-4-3 system which is making it even harder for Cesc for get back into the squad with Antonio looking comfortable with his current set up.
As a result, the Blues are ready to move Fabregas and his £160,000-a-week wages off their payroll.
Italian clubs Juventus and AC Milan are said to be interested, with Fabregas reportedly having come close to moving to San Siro on loan at the end of the summer transfer window.
