Alexandre Pato, Alex Teixeira and Aymen Abdennour on the radar

Chelsea are reportedly working on a triple-deal worth around £60million in order to sign Alexandre Pato, Alex Teixeira and Aymen Abdennour.

The Blues have been linked with several players in the past few months, but none more so than striking-duo Pato and Teixeira, and according to reports, they are the first two players they want to sign this window.

Chelsea are lacking a killer-edge up front, with Diego Costa their only real goalscoring threat, and that’s down to Radamel Falcao being injured and Loic Remy not in form.

The Frenchman actually wants to leave Stamford Bridge in order to play regular first-team football, and if he was to leave the Bridge, they’d move quickly in replacing him.

Triple Deal

However, according to reports, Guus Hiddink and co. want to bring in two strikers this window, and it’s looking likely that if that happens, the two will be Pato from Corinthians and Teixeira from Shakhtar Donetsk.

It’s also well documented that Chelsea want to sign a centre-back. They missed out on John Stones and Marquinhos over the summer, and now it’s claimed they are looking at Valencia defender Abdennour.

The Tunisian international has only been at Valencia since the summer, but a move to the Premier League could tempt him to complete the transfer.

It’s believed Chelsea are preparing to pay £30m for Teixeira, £20m for Abdennour and £10m for Pato, totalling a triple-deal worth £60m.
