Liverpool striker suffers serious injury in training
Liverpool star Danny Ings will miss the remainder of the season due to injury.
The summer signing picked up an injury during his first training session under new manager Jurgen Klopp, and it’s now been revealed that he’s suffered a cruciate ligament injury.
The 23-year-old has sustained the knee injury just a day after defender Joe Gomez was ruled out for the season with a similar issue.
Ings has scored three goals in seven games for Liverpool since arriving on a free transfer from Burnley.
