Diego Costa has admitted that Eden Hazard should think about leaving Chelsea in the summer transfer window, if Real Madrid or Barcelona are seriously interested.
Costa, who has been rumoured with a Stamford Bridge exit himself, has not held back on rumours linking his teammate to the Spanish giants.
Even though he does not want the Belgium international to leave Chelsea, he admitted that Hazard should think about a move to the Bernabeu or Nou Camp if the offer is on the table.
“It will be bad news for Chelsea if Real Madrid sign [Eden] Hazard and [Thibaut] Courtois,” he told Cope.
“Eden [Hazard] is the best – he’s top.
“Barcelona and Real Madrid will have their eye [on him] and if a team like these knock on the door, you have to think about it.
“It is normal that they love him but hopefully he will not leave.”
