A fee has been agreed between the two clubs

According to Sky Sports News HQ, Swansea City have agreed a £5 million fee with Sporting Braga for their striker Eder.

The Portuguese international is set to move to South Wales on a three-year deal, assuming he agrees personal terms and passes his medical.

The centre forward will make the swap to the Premier League to play under Garry Monk at Swansea, after spending the last seven years playing in the Primeira Liga.

He won the 2011-12 Portuguese Cup and the 2012-13 Portuguese League Cup with Academica and Braga respectively.

Monk is busy in the transfer market

The boss of the Jack Army, Garry Monk, has been active in this summer transfer market so far.

Eder will become Swansea’s fourth summer signing following the permanent captures of attacking midfielder Andre Ayew and defender Franck Tabanou, as well as the loan signing of goalkeeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt.

The 27-year old Eder scored 10 goals in 29 appearances in all competitions last campaign.
