Tomas Kalas could be set for a permanent stay at Fulham.

Tomas Kalas looks set to stay at Craven Cottage as Fulham and Chelsea are reportedly negotiating a deal.

The defender is contracted to Chelsea until 2018 but he could now be set for a permanent stay with the club’s west London rivals Fulham.

Kalas has indicated that he wants to stay at Fulham and is ready to sign if a deal can be agreed, although it could take a sizeable transfer fee in order to land him.

The Chelsea loanee moved on a season-long deal last summer and has shone for Slavisa Jovanovic’s side.

Since joining the blues back in 2010, Kalas has made just two appearances,  spending most of his time at Stamford Bridge out on loan at Cologne, Vitesse Arnhem and Boro.
