Arsenal and Tottenham do battle once again tomorrow, the North London Derby is normally one of the more feisty affairs in the Premier League calendar.

Spurs enter the game hoping to have Harry Kane available after injury. They are unbeaten in the league this season, but still below Arsenal in the table, with Arsenal having not lost since the opening day of the season.

Ahead of this latest instalment, ex-Arsenal defender Martin Keown has stoked the fires by insisting that the Gunners are ahead of their arch rivals by a considerable margin.

“Arsenal remain the bigger club globally and although Tottenham have some way to go, they are catching up,” Keown told the Daily Mail.

“You could say they are 10 years behind in terms of the development of their stadium but on the pitch there has been a meteoric rise under Mauricio Pochettino.

“There will have been a nervousness among Arsenal fans about what he was achieving last season and it wouldn’t have gone down well at all if Tottenham had won the league.

“The rivalry depends to some extent on where the teams are in the table but with both in the top four it is getting even bigger.”
