Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford is being targeted by QPR for a loan deal.

Bamford has not been back at Stamford Bridge long, after having his loan at Crystal Palace ended early, and controversially.

Bamford branded his time with the Eagles a waste of time, claiming that he was not getting much action, and wanted to return to Chelsea.

Now he may be heading across London once again, this time to Loftus Road.

The Championship club are managed by former Chelsea forward Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, who played for Chelsea between 2000 and 2004.

QPR are currently in 17th place in the Championship, 14 points off a play-off place.

Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink recently admitted that Bamford may not be getting much playing time, instead having the player train with the Under-21 side.

The Blues are struggling for goals, with Radamel Falcao injured and Loic Remy seemingly on his way out.
