They could pay huge money for midfielder
Chelsea are lining up a £70million bid for Monaco midfielder Bernado Silva.
Antonio Conte is currently putting together a plan to improve his squad for next season.
The Blues will almost certainly be back in the Champions League, and Conte wants some more players to combat the problem of a congested fixture list next season.
Silva is at the top of the manager’s shopping list, and it’s been reported that Chelsea are in ‘initial talks’ with the player’s representatives.
Conte is understood to want to clear out some of his Chelsea squad, with promising youngster Dominic Solanke set for the exit.
Along with Silva, the Blues are also understood to be interested in Torino ace Andrea Belotti, who has burst onto the scene in Serie A this season, along with Bayern Munich and Arsenal as well as Atalanta midfielder Franck Kessie.
