Theo Walcott is become increasingly annoyed at his lack of first team opportunities this season, and may be looking to move away from the Emirates this summer.

According to media outlet Daily Star, Liverpool could swoop for Theo Walcott if his discontent with Arsenal continues.

With new Manager Jurgen Klopp apparently looking to undertake a complete overhaul of the Liverpool squad over the summer, he will be on the lookout for talent who want to play football on a regular basis and are passionate- something that Walcott definitely is.

This puts the merseyside club in pole position to sign the England international if he decides  to leave for pastures new this summer. According to the same source they hold Theo Walcott in very high regard.

Liverpool to also target Sadiq:

Liverpool are facing competition from Arsenal and Tottenham for the signature of young Roma sensation Umar Sadiq, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The reason that he is on the radar for these high profile clubs is not just down to him recently breaking into the Roma first team, but it is his form for the youth teams – 19 goals in 18 games, that have made him a target for many teams.

Sadiq is currently on loan at Roma from Serie B side Spezia, but that move is expected to be made permanent meaning any club will be able to swoop in and make a move for the youngster.

Jerome Sinclair wants out:

Liverpool Youngster Jerome Sinclair has been a constant source of trouble, and definitely can be labelled a ‘contract rebel’. Watford are ready to pay £2million to win the race for the player it has been said.

Sinclair, 19, has agreed a three-year deal in principle and is set for a summer switch to the Hornets, who are expected to put the winger’s compensation fee in the hands of a tribunal panel over the summer.

The young player has never made a Premier League start for the club, though this hasn’t stopped the interest for the player flowing, as West Brom and Crystal Palace are said to also be interested in him.

  1. It would be best for Walcott to leave. He needs a new challenge and has not done much for Arsenal.
