He fancies a crack at England

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United will battle it out in the summer for the signature of Juventus striker Alvaro Morata, despite the Spaniard being under contract in Turin until 2020.

The former Real Madrid man helped the Old Lady win Serie A again this season and his form has earned him a call up to Spain’s provisional 25-man Euro 2016 squad.

Italian website Gianluca Di Marzio claim that the 23-year old wants to play in the Premier League next campaign, but he is spoilt for choice.

A variety of bids will be tabled

Starting with Arsenal, it is believed that the Gunners are willing to break their transfer record to sign Morata, as Arsene Wenger desperately looks to replace Danny Welbeck who is out for nine months with a knee injury.

However, Arsenal’s London rivals Chelsea are reportedly prepared to offer the centre forward a ÂŁ5.3 million-per-year contract plus bonuses to move to Stamford Bridge, with new Blues boss Antonio Conte eager to talk to him.

And finally, United will allegedly throw a spanner into the works by offering Juve ÂŁ40 million up front.
