It is a sad day in the footballing world as Brazilian legend Ronaldinho has had surgery on his teeth so that they look more like Simon Cowell’s set of gnashers.
The 33-year-old footballer was reported to having the operation a few months back, but videos and pictures have been released today of the star getting prepared for the mouth-work.
It is believed that the former-FC Barcelona and AC Milan star spent around £36,000 on a new set of teeth and his brilliant, famous smile, is no longer.
The goofy-looking star won everyone’s hearts because he was just as skillfull as anyone in his era, but not as gifted with the looks of Cristiano Ronaldo, who obviously came a bit later in the footballing world.
The Brazilian star is said to be delighted with his new look and is now looking forward to his future with his new girlfriend.
The new set of teeth also won him an interview with the Brazilian version of ‘Playboy’.
