City boss wants Keylor Navas
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has targeted Real Madrid’s Keylor Navas as his ideal replacement for struggling goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.
Bravo has seriously failed to impress for City this season since joining from Barcelona in the summer, and was the subject of further criticism on Sunday as he failed to save any shots in the team’s 4-0 loss over Everton.
Current 2nd choice goalkeeper Willy Cabellaro’s contract is up at the end of the season, forcing Guardiola to look elsewhere.
It’s thought that Madrid are set to revive their interest in Manchester United’s David De Gea, meaning they would be prepared to let Navas go.
