The shot-stopper gets 8,000 Euros after every win and half of that after every loss

In a report today from Football Leaks and Le Soir, it has been revealed that even when Tottenham lose a game, goalkeeper Hugo Lloris still receives a 4,000 Euro (£3,375) bonus.

The goalkeeper has become one of Tottenham’s key men since his move to the club from Lyon back in 2012 and he has established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League.

Bonuses

He is therefore paid wages to suit his status in the league and it has today been revealed that his win bonus – for if Spurs win a game – is 8,000 Euros.

However, even if his side suffer a defeat, he still gets half of that amount – not a bad payout for a loss.

He won’t have benefited from that bonus much this season so far though, with Tottenham sitting in fifth place in the table.

They’ve lost just once in the Premier League so far this season, but find themselves three points off the top four and seven points off first place due to the sheer amount of draws they have had.
