Kovacic rules out Arsenal
Inter Milan midfielder Mateo Kovacic appears to want a move to Barcelona or Liverpool, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
Croatian Kovacic, 20, has also been linked with Arsenal, but is reportedly narrowing his options to either Anfield or the Nou Camp.
Midfielders Needed
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is seeking a long-term replacement for Steven Gerrard, who is heading to MLS side LA Galaxy this summer.
Barcelona are set to lose Xavi, who appears on his way away from the Catalan giants.
However, Barcelona are banned from signing players until January 2016, but can still agree a deal.
Kovacic Future
Kovacic signed for Inter in 2013 from Dinamo Zagreb, and has worked his way up the Croatian international system, with 19 full caps to his name.
His future was under intense speculation last summer, before eventually being offered a contract extension until 2019.
He has been tipped to leave the San Siro, reportedly to make way for Manchester City’s Yaya Toure.
He has been described as a technical player with excellent dribbling abilities.
Italian manager Giovanni Trappatoni described him as a mixture of Kaka and Clarence Seedorf.
