Stoke City goalkeeper has been linked with Liverpool
Jack Butland has insisted he has no plans on leaving Stoke City….for now.
The England goalkeeper is in the form of his life at the Britannia Stadium after being promoted to number-one following Asmir Begovic‘s move to Chelsea over the summer.
Butland has been one of Stoke‘s stand-out performers this season and his consistency has seem him be linked with a transfer to Jurgen Klopp‘s Liverpool.
Klopp is considering signing a new ‘keeper in order to challenge with Simon Mignolet, and Butland is one of the names on his list.
However, the shot-stopper has discussed the Liverpool links and he’s insisted that he’s not ready to complete a big move yet, but he does see that in his future.

“I’m learning every week, I’m playing with some great players – the goalie coach (Andy Quy) I’m really happy with, and learning a lot from the staff as well.”
