Jose Gaya to reject Premier League move

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United had all wanted the left-back.

Jose Gaya will reportedly be staying in Valencia and will turn down a move to England in the summer.

The left-back has performed well in La Liga this season and with a rumoured buy-out clause of just ÂŁ13m, a whole host of clubs were believed to be interested in a move.

Staying in Valencia

However, Superdeporte is claiming he wants to stay at Valencia and will turn down any offers that come in for him at the end of the season.

Three of the Premier League’s biggest clubs in Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal had been tracking the 19-year old but it now appears any potential deals could be off.

Even worse for interested parties is that he could be about to agree a new contract with the Spanish club, which could raise his release clause to ÂŁ30m.

So, it appears a deal to take Gaya to the Premier League is now dead and buried.
