Julio Cesar will most probably leave QPR in the summer, this is confirmed by the manager Harry Redknapp:

Earlier reports have claimed that AC Milan are interested in the goalkeeper who spent 6 years at AC Milans city rivals Internazionale. For Julio there’s probably a lot of interest from top clubs and seeing how Barcelona are looking to replace Victor Valdes, this might be another solution for the Brazilian goalkeeper.
