Jurgen Klopp could be set to axe British duo Joe Allen and Jordan Ibe over the summer as he continues to make changes at Liverpool.
Several changes are expected to take place at Anfield over the summer as Klopp endures his first major transfer window at the Premier League outfit, and according to reports this morning, Allen and Ibe could be two that get the chop.
Officials at Anfield are expected to back Klopp financially in the transfer window, but the German could raise transfer funds himself by selling current stars within the club.
According to reports, both Allen and Ibe are in danger of losing their Liverpool status, with Premier League outfit Watford interested in signing them both.
The Hornets want to strengthen their side ahead of next season after securing their top-flight status, and they could turn to the Liverpool duo, who could both leave this summer.
Allen is entering the final 12-months of his deal, and with no plans to extend his contract, they could look to cash-in on him at the end of the season.
As for Ibe, he’s struggled to break into the first-team on a regular basis, and he could also be axed.
