The Serie A side are willing to splash the cash to land the Lyon star
Juventus are now the favourites to sign Corentin Tolisso, despite interest from Arsenal and Chelsea.
According to reports today, the Serie A giants are willing to meet Lyon’s huge asking price of £35m for the 22-year old and could make a large bid for him in the January transfer window.
Although it’s quite a large amount of money for a youngster, the player has shown bags of potential. He has become a key part of the Lyon side in Ligue 1 and the club are now understandably desperate to keep hold of him.
Tolisso fancies Arsenal move
However, they face losing him sooner rather than later, with Juve willing to pay whatever it takes to get their man. He has become one of the Italian side’s main targets and they will be hopeful of pushing through a deal in the winter window.
Tolisso is also interesting Arsenal and Chelsea too. The Blues have been keeping a close eye on the Frenchman’s progress and could launch a bid themselves, while the Gunners have been admirers for a while.
They were handed a huge boost in the pursuit of his signature a few months ago, when the player claimed he would love a move to the Emirates Stadium. All that the Gunners would need to do is make a bid and they might be able to lure the player to England.
But, it’s Juve who look like making the first move and with the club willing to splash the cash, they are now in the lead in the race to sign him.
