Reds latest club to be linked with AC Milan shot-stopper

Liverpool are the latest to be linked with making a mega-money move for AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to reports.

The teenager has been a sensation so far this season, breaking into Milan‘s first team and remaining a key figure in their starting XI, despite being just 16-years-old.

Donnarumma, who turns 17 next week, is already being labelled as the next Gianluigi Buffon, and his performances in the Serie A have already caught the eye from a few Premier League teams.

According to reports, Chelsea and Manchester United are both interested in signing him, whilst Liverpool are the latest to be linked with making a move for him.

The Reds are in dire need of a new ‘keeper, with questions still raised over Simon Mignolet, despite his new five-year deal, and Donnarumma could be the ideal signing for Jurgen Klopp.

Not For Sale

However, the English trio have an uphill battle trying to sign the ‘keeper as AC Milan have already confirmed they won’t sell him for any price.

They’ve also previously stated he will be worth around £119million one day.
