Club can’t sell out Wembley game

Manchester City have not yet been able to sell our their allocation for this weekend’s Wembley FA Cup semi-final with Arsenal.

City were allocated 33,000 tickets for the game, but are failing to flog them all.

It’s thought that fans have been put off by the late-afternoon kick off and the long journey down from Manchester.

It also clashes with the London Marathon, which has also sparked fear of travel complications.

Supporters wishing to buy tickets must have a previous purchase history or be Manchester City Card Holders – which is a stipulation laid down by the FA. Due to all these reasons, City have over 2,000 still unsold for the match.

Manchester City vs Arsenal kicks off at 3pm on Sunday afternoon.
