Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin could be shown the door
Manchester United could be set for a summer clear-out at the end of the season and two stars that could face the chop are Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin.
The duo only arrived at Old Trafford in the summer, from PSV Eindhoven and Southampton respectively, but neither have shined during their debut season with the club.
Memphis has struggled to make an impact in the Premier League following his move, whilst Schneiderlin has been competing with the likes of Carrick and Bastian Schweinsteiger for a starting spot.
Four Set for Chop?
According to reports, both players could be axed this summer by Louis van Gaal, as the Dutchman isn’t convinced they have enough quality to succeed at United.
Another duo that could face uncertain futures are Phil Jones and Marco Rojo. Both have had injury problems throughout the season and have have struggled to improve.
